This was a demo song that was never officially released. It was leaked by someone who was involved in the recording. This song will be number one on the charts if it is ever released. I have no doubt. Angelina was just few days shy of her 11th birthday when this was recorded. I’ve listened to it many times but I’m still can’t wrap my head around it. This song was written by Baby Fuzz. This video was made as a demo for him to consider but at the last moment Angelina's mother decided they would not do it because of the suicide at the end. Her family is extraordinarily protective of her, which I am so very very grateful for. Her contract with Republic is that they will not put her out in the Music Biz until she's done with school, which I believe is sometime this year. Baby Fuzz ended up doing a version of the song himself .. but this is so absolutely exquisite .. and by that time had been shelved. Just recently, some fan or someone .. found it and 'Leaked" it. At first the family was trying to stop it but it caught on so fast. Hopefully, Baby Fuzz will consider changing the very end .. perhaps her deciding to NOT hold herself down ... I truly hope so because it is such a beautiful, beautiful song and only Angelina fans (recently only) got to see it. It needs to be seen and heard and felt by all. I've always said, in my 66 years I've never heard a singer that puts as much feeling and emotion in to their songs as Angelina does. (The song was released by Baby Fuzz later)Then the video was leaked, (pirated) from Angelina later on, also Angelina has stated she would never sing the song again. I glad you found this one. I think it’s one of her most underrated songs. As you’ve read, she was ten when this was recorded. I feel when Angelina reached ten years old, she was no longer a fantastic child singer, but just one of the best singers I ever heard. This song is a great demonstration of that, but there are dozens more. This one showcases a couple specific talents she has. She handles adult themes beautifully even as a child. Secondly, I have never heard a singer convey melancholy as well as Angelina. Yes, she can make you cry with many of her songs, and she will makes you cry the twentieth of thirtieth time you hear it. Try her Adele covers of A Million Years Ago or Someone Like You. Also, her cover of Rihanna’s Stay kills that song for anyone else. You’ll hear her beautiful voice with just an acoustic guitar behind her-stunningly good.

At times, whenever it moves her to do so, she can become a 'vocal chameleon'. Whereas the lizard can change its outer color to whatever the surroundings are, Angelina does it here 'vocally'. If you listen to the original by Baby Fuzz, you will see how Angelina stays pretty much 'on point' to his presentation.
If I understand the order of things correctly on this, didn't Angelina do this "demo" before Baby Fuzz released his version of the song? So maybe he's keeping "on point" with her in that case. Just a thought. (I could be wrong on the order of things.)

Just the first line allows you to hear how similar they were going to be. Then, continually, with regard to cadence and overall vocal presentation, as well as the ending verse which takes it 'up' in a specific style that is evident by both of them.

Try her Adele covers of A Million Years Ago or Someone Like You. Also, her cover of Rihanna’s Stay kills that song for anyone else. You’ll hear her beautiful voice with just an acoustic guitar behind her-stunningly good.

This just an amazing masterful feat of pure singing talent by this child. Angelina does this to all of us at one time or another and then again and again. Very nice heartfelt reaction Bunji. I am enjoying your Angel journey very much and hope to see more.
At times, whenever it moves her to do so, she can become a 'vocal chameleon'.
Whereas the lizard can change its outer color to whatever the surroundings are,
Angelina does it here 'vocally'. If you listen to the original by Baby Fuzz, you will
see how Angelina stays pretty much 'on point' to his presentation.
If I understand the order of things correctly on this, didn't Angelina do this "demo" before Baby Fuzz released his version of the song? So maybe he's keeping "on point" with her in that case. Just a thought. (I could be wrong on the order of things.)

sure the first vocal production, which Angelina undoubtedly was
allowed to hear. As far as which one was released for public
consumption, I don't see where that would even matter.
I don't know exactly what you guys are talking about I've heard baby fuzz was singing this entire song or maybe I should say as much of it as I could take I mean he is way up there in notes high notes and it did not sound anything like this

quite closely on the whole. Just the first line allows you to hear
how similar they were going to be. Then, continually, with regard
to cadence and overall vocal presentation, as well as the ending
verse which takes it 'up' in a specific style that is evident by both
of them.

I read some comments from him where he said he shopped it out to several artists prior to releasing it on his own (to do demos of)and claimed he hadn't heard Angelina's version of it prior to his own later release. I was merely curious how she might be staying "on point" with a version that hadn't been released yet. No argument in regards to your comment was intended. My apologies if it sounded that way.
