Preparation almost goes same for net and gate but yes difference lies in test series, types of questions.
Gate has nat,msq, MCQ type
Whereas net has only MCQ ...
Prepare well , solve assignments and give test series to understand the types of questions and analyse your mistakes where correction is needed.....
It will be really helpful.

Organic chemistry - goc+aromaticity, stereo, pericyclic , organic spectroscopy and rxn mechanicsm.
Physical - quantum, thermodynamics, kinetics, electrochemistry.
But yes since exam pattern has changed, they focus on every chapter we should try to cover maximum syllabus and keep on revising repeatedly .....works on what suits best for you since everyone has different approach for studying
You can also cover aptitude portion after completing chemistry.

Last time revision means you have to revise all the chapters thoroughly you had studied and assignments and if you have time then try to give test series also .It will help to tackle new questions and will build confidence and approach to solve new kind of questions.
Stay calm, cool and yes please don't try to start any new topic or chapter before one month.Revise whatever you have studied till now and it will be really helpful.
