This is a song worthy of being made into a movie. It tells the sad song of a man drifting alone from village to village, living off of the handouts and charity of others. Shunned and alone, beaten and left for dead. Only one woman feels sympathy for him and gives him bread. I won't go into it more. See for yourself.

Interesting choice. I´m german and know of course Mono Inc, but have not seen many reactions to it. In case you didn´t know: The guy who plays the whistle and also sings is Eric Fish from Subway To Sally, a band that is also worth checking out.
