- An Irrelevant TV Calibration Channel has decided to try and Review Elden Ring. After doing a HORRIBLE Review, and receiving all kinds of backlash, his video was taken down. Not before Mischief made a commentary video about that Elden Ring Review.
Now Mishcief is facing a Copyright Claim and Possibly a Copyright Strike.

@@Quantum_TV I don't have copyright strikes for this reason, born 2 game realised he was in the wrong and retracted said strike. Also I took down the video to avoid the strike because it doesn't matter if something is fair use or not, RUclips can't intervene and has to allow the strike to go through. You're a moron on a power trip who is going to end up ruining his RUclips career over basic criticism.

It amazes me that no matter how many people get put on blast for this practice, we continue to see people do it today.
thats right, people still continue to do stupid things regardless of being put on blast but there is always a negative and positive side of that. We get to see their stupidity and deal with their nonsense but we also get free salt and feel entertained by stupidity/things to not do in life.

Gaming videos, commentary videos, reviews of pretty much anything are against what you claim copyright law is.
Considering the fact that you are a review-channel, you should check yourself before you wreck yourself, especially after you used Copyrighted images in your “The Batman” review.

Quantum is extremely ignorant of the law it makes no sense. I’m so glad this is getting the attention it deserves I was right there when it all went down. He is crying “hear both sides to the story” when it’s literally about Mischief making a response video on HIS crappy misinformation and hot takes and criticizing him. Then he contacts mischief THE SAME DAY HE MADE THE VIDEO. To take it down or face legal actions. Mischief defends him self and now here we are. He is a petulant child and I’m so glad this is getting the exposure it deserves.
Honestly, I don't play From games, they're just not my cup. I respect their wild success and acknowledge that they are great games. That said, it's been hilarious watching people lose their minds over Elden Ring.

I remembered Quantum TV when he tried to expose Hardware Unboxed.
Hardware Unboxed themselves responded to his video, more people came in criticising his dumb takes, then he played the victim card claiming that the big bad RUclipsr is sending a cancel mob against him.
Yeah, that's how I came across him first. Such a whiny little bitch. He claimed he had turned off comments on his videos because HWUB had sent a "cancel mob" after him. But comments paraising him did somehow "mysteriously" manage to get published regardless. 😏

This is another glaring example of RUclips's broken copyright system. You should checkout Hoeg Laws's playlist on "Fair Use" and "Copyrights". The fact there is not all encompassing "Fair Use" or "Copyright" laws is how bigger channel and corporation get away with threaten smaller channels. If Mischiefs is abiding by the laws of their country, Quantum doesn't have a good case even if say Mischief was violating the ones in this country.
RUclips needs to fix the system on the platform to prevent shit like this.
Brilliant videos as always Alex, keep up the great work and grind. You do a great job in entertaining but also educating the viewers in many creative and great ways. Its best to expose the people that are worth exposing and show the nonsense that goes as well as entertaining salt.

thank you for calling this guy out. he's already very highly disliked among the TV reviewer/calibrator channels because of his toxic behavior and community. He's the type of content creator that actively looks for drama in order to get his channel more attention and he constantly blocks anyone that calls him out on it.
I don't know a single person in the AV community that takes this clown seriously. He might as well have kept his stupid Deadpool mask on... Or better yet; changed it for a Polka-Dot Man mask instead, to better reflect his actual qualities... Or well, you know; lack thereoff... 😏

Why is it always the channels that sit around 50k that can’t seem to grasp fair use?! He was very confident trying to flex to Mischief that he could take him to court for some reason, yet he would spend a lot of money trying to do that because mischief is from the UK. Video downloaders are not automatically illegal. In fact, 4KVideoDownloader is completely legal, even explicitly recommended by my university, and they are very vary with legalities and copyrights, heck they even have troubles to give you a copy of a page in a textbook.
Also breaking Terms and Services is not illegal.
Okay, I’m going to make a video on his video. I literally have nothing to lose. I have no following. I can’t be sued, all my money is FEDERALLY PROTECTED. Even the SCOTUS can’t change that. I also have a wealthy parent who can lawyer me up till he’s broke from months or even years of a drawn out process. Game on.

Quantum TV has been exposed by Ninjician AV a ton, Quantum TV prides himself on been a professional TV calibrator but hes not ISF certified and hides his "calibrated settings " behind a pay wall when all his settings do is make your SDR and HDR image on your TV look over saturated and blown out.
literally never heard of this quantum guy until all these videos calling him out started popping up. gata love the Streisand effect. any time i see him commenting on these videos especially directly commenting on mischiefs comments, i just report him for harassing someone.
I don't play Soulsborne games because I've watched people play them and know they aren't for me. Did people just buy Elden Ring because of the hype without knowing anything about it? I haven't watched any gameplay of it, but it sounds like it plays the way you'd expect a From Software game to play.
Now if only Quantum would have applied this absolute perfect knowledge before he bought into Elden Ring. He wouldn’t have took the time to make a “review” that was incorrect, false and filled with misinformation while attacking the souls community. It’s as Alex said, it wasn’t even a review.

What you guys don't know is that he's already deleted his channels before. I believe he's on his 3rd channel now for all the same bullshit. His original name if I'm not mistaken Was Quantum Apotheosis. He used to do inaccurate tv calibration videos with false information. I commented on one of his videos since I'm a certified ISF calibrator and he responded in a very hostile manner.
