What if I put -S23 in place of S31 in 3rd row of the S matrix to find S23 then...S23 becomes 1/root 2 and S13 becomes -1/root 2
But the overall logic remains same just the matrix will look a little different .
Is it right or wrong??

Why E plane tee is called Series Tee?
Sir what if i apply input at only port 1 or port 2?? plz reply asap.
Then output will there at other port and E arm and you can calculate magnitude of output by S Matrix which i have derived in video

If that is I then since it's the unitary matrix and if that is 1 then it's for the loss less network.... although you can always relate them both..and yess as ajay snap said it's the property of scattering matrix..
