A cup? Not painful at all, thats the whole point of the loader, if you have a mag fed shotgun you would know that...

That doesn’t seem like a good speedloader if you have to keep moving it.

Unfortunately you cant get a shotgun speedloader that works like a .22 speedloader, so this is the only next best thing, its certainly speedier than loading with your bare fingers!
