      Don't forget that we've spent hundreds of years living in these borders. If we are to integrate it should be slowly. The Europeans caused some slight cultural differences that may seem minor but are of great significance. If not carefully looked into it might come back to haunt us and cause bigger problems. A good example is former Yugoslavia.

    (Just a few of Ugandan evils below)
    Uganda 🇺🇬 (Museveni) is busy;
    ●Arresting his political opponents. This doesn't happen in Kenya.
    ●Appointing uneducated officials. In Kenya 🇰🇪 people with capacity apply for positions.
    Now what happens when it's under a joint economy and public service.
    ●Uganda (Museveni) will have a right to be directly involved in Kenyan 🇰🇪 politics and some leaders will face the same (get arrested)
    ●Uganda (Museveni) will have a right to influence who takes a position of his interests and this is likely to be his uneducated relative. Kenya 🇰🇪 should not take this.

      Such an approach would be dead on arrival. Days of military conquest are long gone. The best approach to African unity is not to enforce one country but to organically grow towards creating a system that leaves the people of different countries living, operating abd trading as if they were one country. It would be voluntary because there would be something in it for everyone. Create an economic union ie free movement of people, goods and services. Remove border tariffs.Hace a common African currency. First start with regional trading blocks, then merge then into a pan-African trading blocks. Then strengthen the role of African Parliament, without being in a hurry to dismantle various countries' Govts. If you invade any country, then they too will come together, align themselves with other stronger countries, and turn Africa to a super powers playing ground in the same manner it happened from the sixties causing Africans to lose their way to Unity.
