This is great for a nap: Just start it at whatever point you need. For example, set it at approximately 35:00 for a 25 minute nap. At the end there is a very short musical arpeggio played on a device that sounds vaguely like a koto. Unless you're a deep sleeper, this should wake you up, hopefully refreshed! Also, I like the faint shore bird calls here and there.
the only thing I would change is the length...I'd love an 8 hr or maybe just 4 hr video. I have this on most of the time and it would be cool to see all the changes that take place over a longer time. It is very hot right now where I am and this video helps keep me cool. I love that it is live and isn't a bunch of random scenes. Thanks for your successful efforts and for sharing them with us.

Doesn't need to be loud to be as effective as it is for sleep. I'm a pretty hardcore insomniac & a few minutes w/my eyes closed & this specific compilation, I drift off into a truly WONDERFUL, QUALITY solid sleep! FINALLY!!! Sleeping amazingly better & waking up alert, so rested, bright-eyed & ready to rock the day!
