- In this video, we dive deep into the world of axle box cover plates, also known as face plates and the various types of speed sensors used along with their quantity in Vande Bharat coaches. We'll explore the various types of face plates, their design features, and how they are associated with different speed categories. Additionally, we'll discuss the quantity of these cover plates installed in each coach and their critical role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of train operations. Whether you're a railway enthusiast or a technical professional, this detailed breakdown will provide valuable insights into this essential component.

Thankyou Anurag ji Once again
N hope new video soon
Very soon
Very nice information sir ji ❤❤❤❤ 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Dhanyawaad 🙏🏻
Very nice information sir ji 🙏🙏
Keep learning and sharing ✌🏻
Very nice information 🎉
🙏🏻✌🏻 keep learning
Sir ur presentation is excellent ,can u please explain the concept about BD and BN supply.
Will plan it
Thanks sir
Very good, informative video.
Keep learning and sharing ✌🏻
Sir ek video LTC ke ander k components ka batao
Bade bhai vande Bharat train me train communication Kaise aur kis tarah kaam karti hai uske bare me ek video banao..🙏
Nice idea , will do very soon
Eska Alstom emu and Medha emu rake mey dekhatha seam chishe heyna ?
Sir tc coach m 4 ercu kyu diya hote h har axle par ercu diya hota h
Sir which speed sensor is used to show the train speed through the passenger information system?
GPS (PIS system)
WAG 12 locomotive mei kis type ki speed sensor use ki jaati hai?
Sorry , we do not look after locos
As per my close observations on WAG 12, I have observed speed sensor similar to WSP speed sensor in axle 3 left side (bogie 2) and axle 6 right side (bogie 3) which is used to calculate speed as well as distance covered by locomotive. Individual speed sensors in traction motors are also provided to check for wheel slip.
@@sarthakpanda8641 thanks
Why short earthing cable is provided which is connected to bogie frame except axle box?
To transfer from body to bogie, then only bogie to axle can further trasfer through ercu. Directing through a low resistance path.
I hope you know the reason of bearing safety that's why I didn't included that
@@anuragkothari8299 yes sir I got it👍
@@anuragkothari8299 so going through bogie design thoroughly there are 2 earthing cables connecting body to bogie frame and 1 cable connecting bogie frame to ERCU.
YES
Brake syestem related digital card works details
We will cover that in advance stage along with data interpretation
@@anuragkothari8299 egarly waiting for this from long time
Bro tcas is traffic alert and collision avoidance system not speed sensor
Brother, TCAS have its own speed sensors. Pls checkout schematic
Lots of lhb rakes, there is dak dak sound coming from wheels. The frequency of this sound increases or decreases with speed. Why this is happening. This is very irritating sound and the axle is faulty. Why this is happening and how to rectify?
Wheel shelling and pittings. Check wsp system codes , attend them , also maintenance of dump valve should be done in D2
@anuragkothari8299 I was thinking. Are use of disc brakes which are more powerful a cause of this. Because in my observation you hardly find this in old ICF coaches?
Sir please make the video on working of TCMS
Yes work under progress
Favely brake syestem in details
have you checked out knorr braking system on this channel ?
Yes,,,
Internal peumatic circuit as well as components are 90% same. But still yes I will cover it as soon as I get an opportunity on that rake
@anuragkothari8299 I want to know rest 10% in details. Also component location as well as replacement of B01,2,BCCI's etc
Do u have information in details about all MCB's in all panel,,,,pls share
