Заварил шатун. Хреначил со всей силы молотком по коленвалу. Использовал старые сальники и подшипники. Фильтры так вообще отдельная история.
Я закрываю глаза на то что этот (пииииип) закрасил диск. Ну хотя бы загрунтовал перед покраской.
Масло лучше сливочное использовать для топливной смеси. Так работает лучше.
Do not ever try to repair rod inside the engine without knowledge of base material and proper heating.
Yes, you lowkey repaired it but the weld will break again causing even more damage.
As well as the blade, since you heat it on three different spots and not evenly all along the blade it could kill someone on first try using it.
Sometimes is better to get a new part than forcing to repair it and risk someone's safety

It's nice to watch when something old and tired comes back to life, but welding the crankshaft misses the point of installing old parts on the example of a piston with signs of abrasion on the contact surface of the engine body with the cylinder should be cleaned to bare aluminum but great respect for the fact that the cutter is alive

No soy critico, pero me van a perdonar, faltaba mucho por hacer, desde por lo menos comprar una bujia hasta la restauracion del Disco, jamas se hace algo asi es muy peligroso, no recomiendo este tipo de restauraciones, aun cuando no tienes los suficientes recursos, hizo un trabajo bueno pero plo pudo hacer excelente, mis respetos...juega con su propia seguridad
Isso está longe de ser uma restauração, no máximo uma limpeza.
Y soldar una biela .... costando lo que cuesta el equipo motor nuevo... y luego cuando la arranco como se movia todo..vaya peligro para el que la vaya a usar

Я конечно удивлён что у вас на деревьях растут бензорезы, но это ладно, сварить шатун и поставить старые сальники и подшипники это мощно, для снятия генератора есть специальные съёмники, по коленвалу нельзя бить молотком!!! Это не реставрация а говно, хотя бы запчасти новые взял, уверен на 100% что он завёлся для видео , после видео его просто выкинут
Да это определйонный сорт ,,реставраторов" берут рабочую вещь снимают как работает потом зачуханивают в хлам потом разбирают моют собирают. Затем монтаж и готово. Этот ролик не смотрел зашйол в коменты чисто поржать
@@joel4613 в этот раз очень похоже что исходник был реально ржавый и замучанный в хлам изначально хотя бы, обычно видно что берут слегка б/у и обратным монтажом чудеса творят. Здесь спалились на том, что скол на шейке поршня свежий в кадр попал, ну и газом прогреть сцепление до красна чтоб гайку коленвала открутить это мощно, поржал 😄
...скоро и мопеды расти будут!!!

There are a few things that make me wonder about the.Validity of these videos one no scored cylinder if that rode really broke in the machine it's because the Piston welded it's self to the cylinder. carburetor is able to be rebuilt all the bolts came out easily even the exhaust.

excelente reparación, pero no está bien el montaje del pistón y las anillas de lubricación ya que tienen que ser distribuidas 120 grados y la otra de 45 grados y el pie de biela tenía que lubricar para que en el momento de encender, no exista el rose de metal con metal evitando el desgaste, soldar la leva no sería correcto porque estaríamos quitando o aumentando el largo de la biela ya que este motor tiene un largo especifico en la biela pero en el caso de no encontrar este repuesto serviría para rescatar la pieza, pero la reparación está bien, aunque creo que no durara mucho ese motor tal como está.
