My charger output give small electric shock the output give both AC and DC current 150v AC and 69.3v DC. . When I directly connect battery capacity voltmeter to the charger output without battery connection it damage the capacity voltmeter.. my 19s 60v LFP battery full voltage 64.9v and cutoff discharge at 60v. Anny suggestion Please help what are the issue here
