I wouldn't want you to skip out on parts of the process just because we've seen them before. When Bob Ross painted we saw everything from beginning to end, even if he'd used the same technique for trees or mountains in previous episodes. We're here to see the process, not just the final result. Keep up the great work!
@RuneLoreKeeper if the series is funding it enough(cause it'd be expensive) doing priffindas would be insane. The layers, the elven artwork. Just would be an amazing season 2
The repetition makes it accessible to people who randomly get recommended part 3 by youtube! It also makes the videos feel comfortable like a well loved pair of slippers to old viewers :)
concise repeats of methods are fantastic- honestly you're really well spoken so I enjoy even repeats of how techniques work. But yeah, short recaps on stuff you've talked before + longer explanations on newer techniques is perfect. These videos are hypnotizing and really tickle some combination of ASMR + skilled craftswork + nostalgia, just really good stuff. Thank you for what you do.
I love that you made a detachable roof, this really adds to the feeling of playing Runescape when entering buildings. Literally the same effect! Love it! Keep up the great work, I can't wait for the next video. I legit would love to own something like this myself
You deserve the Golden Gnome award for this series. I love watching it and I hope you keep all the techniques! I wonder what your next one will be... maybe the General Store?
Love the "Hide Roof" option for the smith, would have been cool to have all of the buildings have a removable roof. Also repeating the steps is fine, unless you have Lore or anecdotes about what you're working on they help fill when you dont have anything to say and if someone is watching for the first time they have some idea of what you are doing since not everyone is going to ep 1 right away
Please keep the current format of editing just as it is. It doesn't matter if the processes are repeated; everyone wants to see every piece and structure of Lumbridge lovingly made. We are here to see and appreciate the journey, not just the destination.
I'm going to join the choir of people stating how they love seeing the process even if it's something we have seen before. I've never made a model like this before, so even if it's the same technique it's still fascinating to follow the journey from raw material to finished product. I've been really enjoying these videos. It's clear that you love the game and it makes me fond of being a part of this community.
no need to skip over any parts. keep it all. its relaxing to watch and satisfying to see even if its the same type of work over and over. we're runescape fans after all, we love repetition! also, its longer watchtime for you, which i think is good! its a win win win. keep going ! love your work, i hope this success continues for you
woke up sick today for the best medicine I could ask for, reading though the comments and seeing you want to do more after lumby brought a smile to my face. It may be a tall ask but adding a small light to the inside of the furnace would have been amazing, idk if you want to add electrical to any future builds, but I find the effort is always worth it.
Absolutely incredible work as usual and always a thrill to see a new episode uploaded!! Im dying to see you do the lumbridge castle. Wishing you the best and thanks for your time and dedication its a pleasure to see this masterpiece coming together.
love how you go in depth. i always wondered how to make models like this as a kid and as someone who plans to have kids soon, this type of video is perfect for teaching
the blacksmith turned out so good, that removable roof was a good idea, if you ever go back and add interiors to the older building, you can use see-through plastic for the windows on the church. but thats just an idea, keep up the amazing work.
Keep explaining what you're doing even if we've heard it before! It's really interesting, and even a little relaxing lol. Love the removable roof! Keep up the great videos!
this is amazing i like the 'leveling up' of art techniques from one building to the next, and i'm really happy you decided on modeling interiors and removable roofs 'the way runescape looks' for most people is with roofs removed, of course :P
I agree with some of the comments down below stating the repeating of processes helps new people "like myself" understand what you're actually doing, thanks!
These videos scratch my brain in all the right ways. Please continue making these even after lumbridge is finished. This is easily one of the most unique and interesting series that’s hit the OSRS side of RUclips in a long time. Also as others have stated please keep explaining everything as if we’ve never heard it before at least as long as you can. It’s very interesting to know what all goes into making these models.
The magnets for the removable roof were such a cool idea! Personally I like the repetition from video to video, I agree with others saying it's good for new viewers who are just jumping in partway through
as somebody who the algorithm gave me your videos on episode 5 first, i think keeping the all the detail model work in the video is a good idea for new audiences.
Last episode I had trouble with perspective, but that furnace really showed just how small everything is here. All the little things really helped force that idea into my head. Really great work on the detailing this episode!
Unreasonably hyped for this building having an interior. I'd say its fine to go over info again in the videos in case there are any new viewers when I found this series youtube had recommended part 3 and it would have been a bit confusing if you hadn't explain what you were doing.
I never react to anything, or like anything on youtube. But man I've just discovered this series and holy damn. This is amazing, keep it up! I'm so excited for the end result. ALSO I'm here for all comments, idm repetition at all!
Hearing Bob Ross say "let's take some Prussian Blue..." Or "happy little trees" is a memetic part of what makes his show so mesmerising. "Hot-wire foam-cutter" is almost all ready your "beat the devil out of it" so I think you should keep mentioning the methods/techniques.
I nominated you for best and new RS Artist, I really hope you win or at least get your name shouted out! This is such a cool and unique series I'm so glad I stumbled onto it. I also agree with other people that continuing to re-explain and show stuff helps new people stumbling onto this series. I also just forget some of these terms and techniques since I don't do any of this stuff or watch this kind of content usually.
When I see one of these videos pop up in my feed, I always ask myself "Wonder what he's gonna do today!" It's always a great morning when one of these videos pops up in my feed! Can't wait for more! Makes a sick day a fair bit better. -^^-
Nice work as always, especially the inside of the blacksmith building & use of magnets. If the magnets are ever too strong together, you can super glue a plastic shim to one to increase the gap.
Absolutely loving this series so far! One thing I'd be interested to know a bit more about is your process for actually calculating the dimensions of each building before you get to the cutting stage, since it's not like you can just climb into Lumbridge with a tape measure
Loving these videos.. just found out about them and watched all 6 so far. I don't know what your storage situation is like.. but mounting them on the wall would be cool. Just giant map that you can fill in as you finish the chunks. Great work so far. added to notifications for sure
Going in-depth for the modeling process is great for the first time in a series. From my perspective I think with this type of series, a lot of watchers keep coming back, so with that in mind it's probably best to only briefly touch on previously-said methods and processes. I.e. if you use a tool/method previously used in the series, mention that you're using it, and when you first started using. With that knowledge if there's a new viewer that came in part-way through the series, they can go back if they wish. Though I must say I have no issue with you re-hashing any minute process lol
Repetition is great! Most of use aren't familiar with these techniques, so learning them a few times in a row doesn't hurt. Plus, it's great for new viewers. I started in Part 4, and honestly would not have kept watching if no for the in-depth explanations of each thing you were doing.
Incredible work as always. It'd be cool if you could squeeze a light source into the furnace cavity, even if it's something that's only practical for quick camera shots
Very nice new episode! Hope to see more action with magnets and NPC's in the future! Would be so cool to open all the roofs of the buildings with magnets 😅Keep up the good work!
I'm so excited to watch when these get released. I'm hoping for the entire map to be done in like Part 169 lol. Love this work, you do such an amazing job!
I'd say there's value in explaining the techniques used in every video again. For some it'll be a lot of needless repetition but for others ,especially those not too familiar with these methods, it's nice to be reminded of these methods. Perhaps you could even acknowledge the use of e.g. drybrushing in the sense of "as long-time viewers of this channel may be aware, I use a technique called drybrushing..." etc. before continuing the explanation to enhance engagement with the audience/viewers, but that's entirely up to you of course. That being said, I'm always looking forward to new episodes coming out. Thank you so much for such an amazing series!
This is so goddamn cool, i instaclick whenever i see a new video. I think you should repeat whenever you do something similiar to early videos, it shows the process and makes me appreciate it even more.
Love the series! I've got an idea for a way to possibly extend it. When you've finished the Lumbridge model, start a new character in osrs and lock yourself to only the part of the map you've modelled and set some in-game goals for the area. At the same time, you could begin working on a scale model of a section adjacent to the existing model, and once you've completed it, you can access that part of the map in osrs too. Keep opening up more parts of the world as you build it irl. I'm not sure if this would be way too much work or what the goals in the locked areas would be but it could be fun to see the development long-term. Either way, keep going, this is a wonderful series.
I wouldn't want you to skip out on parts of the process just because we've seen them before. When Bob Ross painted we saw everything from beginning to end, even if he'd used the same technique for trees or mountains in previous episodes. We're here to see the process, not just the final result. Keep up the great work!
Fully agree!
agreed, thats what shorts are for, for those people who havnt seen the full process, and just wanna watch the after shots
Agreed, it's part of the enjoyment of the video, if you cut out the repetitive bits eventually we'll only get snapshots by the end of the service
Agreed!
Disagreed. We don't want to see the same things again, and bob ross is fuckin gay.
Legitimately wait all week for these. Please for the love of God make more of these when you’re done with this one.
We won’t be stopping after lumbridge don’t worry :)
@RuneLoreKeeper if the series is funding it enough(cause it'd be expensive) doing priffindas would be insane. The layers, the elven artwork. Just would be an amazing season 2
@@neilson6741 imagine gnome stronghold with all the layers too 😂
Was gonna say the same
Civitas Illa Fortis would be amazing to see
The repetition makes it accessible to people who randomly get recommended part 3 by youtube! It also makes the videos feel comfortable like a well loved pair of slippers to old viewers :)
Babe wake up, new tile accurate lumbridge just dropped
The magnets were an incredibly smart idea! Please don't change up the format, I like these videos just the way they are.
Love the addition of magnets and the NPC. Every video this model becomes more impressive and beautiful.
concise repeats of methods are fantastic- honestly you're really well spoken so I enjoy even repeats of how techniques work. But yeah, short recaps on stuff you've talked before + longer explanations on newer techniques is perfect.

You deserve the Golden Gnome award for this series. I love watching it and I hope you keep all the techniques! I wonder what your next one will be... maybe the General Store?
Making the furnace roof removable was such a cool idea, it makes me wish all the other houses were done the same way, but I know it'd take too long
I hope he does it for the castle! Theres so many iconic things in the castle, it'd be a shame if it was just a solid box placed on the map haha
@@Mcflapphypants Imagine it is full removable floors, that would be awesome
@ That's what I'm hoping for
Love the "Hide Roof" option for the smith, would have been cool to have all of the buildings have a removable roof. i'd love if he goes back and removes the roof especially for the chapel
keep on repeating. it adds to the chill vibes
Please keep the current format of editing just as it is. It doesn't matter if the processes are repeated; everyone wants to see every piece and structure of Lumbridge lovingly made. We are here to see and appreciate the journey, not just the destination.
Repeat everything. I want to watch from start to finish! These videos are amazing and 100% not boring. Thanks for taking the time to make them!
Been HOOKED on this series! Can't wait to see it all finished
I look forward to this series becoming so popular that you spend the next two decades modeling all of osrs
Enjoying the quicker pacing, the time lapse are great, keep up the good work!
Weekly dose of 99 crafting. I appreciate the work you're putting towards these. I love seeing the process.

the removable roof was such a nice addition! 🤩 with each building you can really feel how the town is growing

Keep showing the whole process every single video. Great work!!!
Always a good morning watching lumbridge being raised out of the swamp! Keep building!
Watching these have really helped encourage me to tackle my pile of shame. Such great chill vibes to hobby along with, keep up the great work!
I don't know much at all about model making, aside from what you've taught me, so the repetition is definitely appreciated.
the blacksmith turned out so good, that removable roof was a good idea, if you ever go back and add interiors to the older building, you can use see-through plastic for the windows on the church. but thats just an idea, keep up the amazing work.
Keep explaining what you're doing even if we've heard it before! It's really interesting, and even a little relaxing lol. Love the removable roof! Keep up the great videos!
Love seeing your design process and how your technique has improved since the first video. Can't wait to see you tackle the castle!
this is amazing
i like the 'leveling up' of art techniques from one building to the next, and i'm really happy you decided on modeling interiors and removable roofs
'the way runescape looks' for most people is with roofs removed, of course :P
Best way to start a monday. Coffee and a Tile Accurate Lumbridge video
I agree with some of the comments down below stating the repeating of processes helps new people "like myself" understand what you're actually doing, thanks!
One of the coziest series on youtube, and the first one in a LONG time I am legitimately excited to watch. Lovely stuff, keep it coming

Tile Accurate Gielinor, this would be amazing to pair with a D&D campaign!
Love the recap element and in depth process and explanation. Hope we get removeable layers for Lumbridge castle! Keep up the great work!
Always go in depth.
I love you showing every part of the process. Even if it was in all previous episodes, please don't cut any of that out.
This is so cool!! Watching since episode 1 came out. Absolutely love it. Please dont stop 😁
thanks for sticking with us :)

How the buildings roof snaps on to the buildings is brillaint! id love to see more of the interiors too if possible
Love how the interior turned out!
I love it!
Please dont mind yourself repeating stuff, we come back to watch your content so clearly we love it.
This is my new favorite series hands down
the absolute madman actually modelled the inside of the building! amazing!

10/10 continue givin' us the goods, my guy.
I thought the last two videos were too short. Love this series, very relaxing and satisfying.

Great touch with the magnets!
Loving this series! Keep up the great work!
Love the work! In seeing the black sides, could be a nice Easter egg to hide a dorgeshuun underneath the town:)
The timelapse editing on this one is phenominal. Loving the series!
Nice work as always, especially the inside of the blacksmith building & use of magnets. If the magnets are ever too strong together, you can super glue a plastic shim to one to increase the gap.

Somehow stumbled upon this channel. This is the 2nd vid I’ve watched now and this is the coolest ish I’ve ever seen! The nostalgia! Subbed👌
Subscribed! Looking forward to more ❤
Look forward to these releases! Loving the series and it is such a unique idea. Keep up the great work 😃
This is such a great series, I can see this channel blowing up if you keep going with the rest of the map too !

Looking better and better
Heck yeah another episode
This deserves all the support in the world is amazing ^^
I love all the details!
A truly IRL 117 HD masterpiece
Best RS content around! great job

The inside turned out so good!
Best content on youtube atm. This should be sent to behemeth
I haven't been this excited for a series since b0atys one man army series tbh
This comment aged me by a decade. My knees hurt
Would be good to see a blooper reel at the end where we can share and laugh at the low points of the journey.
Loving the series!
Amazing! Now I want removable roofs on all the buildings!
RuneScape’s so expensive he made his own. Legend.
So happy for another episode! Keep it up!
Best series currently on youtube

Looking great so far! Stoked on the progress
