This both cool yet slightly curse at the same time and I LOVE IT. I am curious tho about something that I just gotta ask tho. With how characters like Guy, El Feurte, Yun & Yang are in SF4(mainly Ultra SF4), could you make mod swap for them with the new characters like Kimberly, Rashid & Jaime in this game? Like swapping Guys moves to give to Elena and customized mod her to look like Kimberly to have his gameplay, cause that will be kinda interesting to be honest!
His SF5 fits oddly well in SF4, i bet it could even fool someone into thinking he was cut from SF4 lol By the way, idk if you take request or not, but would it be possible to make Kairi from Street Fighter EX? I think he would fit in the game (after all SF4 is the Boss Festival, so why not?)
Aside from the occasional stiff legs which can't be helped it seems really odd to choose that dainty walk cycle. Seems a touch too hoppy for Luke. Other than that though, this looks quite spot on for SF4.

Sf4 is best ST and possibly top ten FGs ever.
