  • A very popular dish in our family! It's quick, easy to prepare and anyone can do it😊 Spinach is a healthy vegetable that contains a lot of iron. Don't hesitate, friends, and try this amazing dish for yourself! It tastes very good with an egg and bread, but you can also easily prepare boiled or baked potatoes or even a piece of meat 🙂
    We need:
    500 g fresh spinach
    2 onions
    3 cloves of garlic
    approx. 200ml water
    200 ml milk (or cooking cream)
    1 tablespoon fine wheat flour
    1 teaspoon ground cumin
    Salt
    oil
