I think FaZe are destined to make finals again because they fixed their biggest flaw in HP thus far, and look good in the control, yes they lost 3 SND's to NYSL but SND is still something they can easily work on since they were the best SND throughout the entire season, so there looking dangerous, I think MAJOR V showed their final form potential, and at champs there gonna unlock it because they have Ultra's number, and have already beat Thieves 3 times this year without the HPs being good, so imagine now with better respawn, it should be winners finals for them guaranteed top 3 at the very least imo but Ultra could prove me wrong, I think Thieves peaked at Major IV tbh, Optic are the biggest question mark tho, NYSL and FaZe look amazing tho for obvious reasons going into this event.
