This was a weird quest because it also said to collect rice but I never had to do either of those.
All I had to do was Accept quest, dig up treasure, talk to the same sea people merchant, then talk to the huntmaster. Then I had to turn in the quest at tenina town after speaking to both NPC's.

@@ReaperDigital so it's a quest item my inventory for full and it got sent to storage I did not no this for 4 days iv bin chased arownd by the sea folks.... but I got it 👍

That's weird because I never received any of those items in my inventory at the time. But I'm glad you figured it out & thanks for sharing!
