Tony, I was there honey! I had my whole crew! My sister and sister-friend came up from Atlanta, and about 7 of us went to the Promontory like proud Aunties! We had been begging for him to get to Chicago. Still pressing for him to grace that stage in July! He deserves it and would set that park out! He did a good job playing for the Chicago audience, and the next time he comes, I want him to make sure he gives him some of that Jersey Soul love!
I did also make it down in September for SMB's final explosion just to hear Ameer and Beloved! It was how I wanted to spend my birthday. Jersey did not disappoint. Will definitely be at Military Park for the Ubiquity set he'll do, and plan to return in September for SMB's festival again.
