He’s referring to the head sculpt, that was made by minhtuan311. Presumably they stole the stl files and are selling this figure with the heads he made without permission.

There is one bootleg of Spider Gwen, that does not have toe hinge and butterfly joints....
Ct toys did not make the 2099 they stole it from a customizer without his permission
