Toward the end you stopped briefly at the grave of Lawrence Ceretti. He was a Major in the USAF and he died in a plane crash off the coast of Japan. His body wasn't recovered, hence why it says ,"At Sea" on his grave.
Thank you for your service Major Ceretti. RIP.

I agree. Those people were being tortured. There is no need to exercise until you puke in order to lose weight, most of it is dietary. Just adding some walks to their routines with a change in diet and portions and they’d still lose so much, because just carrying a heavy body is a workout. The exercise was for dramatic effect, and it was cruel. I’m glad this show ended,it deserved the criticism it got.

They thought he was going to die and didn’t bother stitching him up properly so he had bad scars on his stomach. He was always a healthy weight. He weighed himself each day and he was 160ish pounds. He had one heart attack that was mild that his doctor misdiagnosed as the flu. I never watched The Biggest Loser. Jillian Michaels scared me tbh. ☺️ This young man had a goal and reached success only to be taken out by cancer, so ironic. His plot is lovely, nice that they are live flowers there. Blessings to his wife and family. Thanks Lamont. RIP Daniel 🙏❤️💐🌈🕊️

Lamont you are so gifted, so unique in you telling such a difficult story , there is such passion , you hurt like others. Such a sad story about this young man who at only 30 lost all that weight only to have another battle to fight. In my eyes he’s a hero in the loss of all that weight he accomplished his goal RIP Daniel , taken too soon , but your resting , and now living in eternal peace. 🥀

I wasn’t ever able to watch that program; I tried once or twice, but the cruelty was more than I could handle. I do need to lose about 20 lbs, but that’s nothing compared to what these people have endured (yes, I realize that they signed up for it). I just believe that it’s not a healthy method. RIP Daniel. ❤️🙏

I wonder how many were just really desperate to loose and willing to try anything. Trying to loose that much weight can be as much of a struggle as addiction, and in fact some are addicted to food.

Ma'am, it wouldn’t make a whole lot of economic sense to hide a "cure". And even if a potential silver bullet existed, it would take decades to test it on each type and stage of cancer... which you guessed it, requires vast amounts of money.
