Wow, this is crazy, just 45 seconds in and I have to start writing this comment. I have been through bullying, sexual assault (twice), grief, anxiety, depression, thoughts of suicide and loss of motivation. I have been working through my traumas, and I have this year been releasing so much, even wrote a book about my journey that I published, and my local news caught wind of this and I was placed on the front page of the local news. I have for the first time in 28 years around this sun finally felt like I am starting to live off autopilot/defensmechanisms. Now I am using my experiences and love to transmute the negative experiences and transmute them into something positive, and help others to go through the shit that I have myself. I have never, EVER felt this alive as I do now. I feel like my life is starting now! If you are reading this, just know that there is light before you reach the tunnel, there is hope, and I am cheering you on! I believe you can shine your magic and create your own success story. Codependency identity, all the things. what I can say though is that one incredible thing my relationship taught me, it’s emotional regulation so the recovery process has been faster than I thought. It’s the building myself from the ground up and getting EXCITED about it rather than overwhelmed that was rocking me. I needed this video SO BAD. Both have been the darkest moments of my life, but both have also pushed me to the greatest moments of self discovery. I’m forever thankful for those lessons learned.
