Even if they were two different people nothing would change. A love story between the two would still be a truly unhealthy idea!
He cares about her because he finally has a second chance to be with his mother and make up for his mistakes and shortcomings as a son, for his regrets...
Also, the fact that they are in the same world at the same time, living two different lives means nothing! Because we all know his mother is a traveler who chose to stay in the time she was traveling but was not born there!!! She lived there only the last few years of her life. That TaeYi could be her young self before starting time traveling.
They cant be different people. Its confusing to believe. Tae Yi of 2020 (the professor) is the same Tae Yi who gave birth to Jin Gyeom. The difference is that she was pregnant with Jin Gyeom in 2050 (30 years later) which is also confusing because she just can't be 50 and pregnant she looked absolutely young. But anyways, she went back in time to 1997 and raised Jin Gyeom from there. The other girl with Min Hyuk in Alice mentioned that the professor Tae Yi is just Tae Yi (their time traveller ally for alice) from the past. So in conclusion she is Tae Yi. Just in a different timezone. She existed in 2050, 1997 (when jingyeom was born) and 2020 as well. It was all the same person.
This is just my dumb theory that I can only think of with 2 braincells. But they just have to be the same person.
Yes i was thinking the same way, all the clue that we got is they're same person, yes maybe they came from different universe but it still same, Just like the mother who killed her younger self before, they came from different universe but they have same DNA and Fingerprint
So TY and JG shared same DNA rite? it's really weird why PDnim/Writernim always forced JG & TY have a 'romantic scene', i think they should stop it

나 진짜...저 교수 분이 만약에 같은 사람이라고 치면 어떻게 그 미래에 하나도 안 늙고 시간여행을 하는 방법을 개발했는지 궁금함.... 그런데도
내 생각엔 동일인물 같긴함 엄마분이 미래에서 과거로 넘어와서 진겸이가 태어난거고 엄마분이 계속 저 시대에서 살았으니 동일 인물이 둘씩이나 있는거고

@음악듣는용 제 생각에 시간여행이 시작되면 나이는 의미가 없다고 봅니다. 특히나 앨리스에서는 나이를 다르게 보이는게 만드는 뭔가가 존재하기에 더더욱 의미없는 것이 눈으로 보이는 나이라고 봅니다.
진짜 궁금해서 그러는데 공식에서 동일인물이 아니라고 하는데 왜 동일인물로 보세욤..? ??
@@집밤-z4n 공식적으로 작가가 동일인물 아니라고 했나요? 모든 정보를 접할 수 없어서 단정하기는 그렇지만 작가가 절대 동일인물이 아니라고는 하지 않은걸로 아는데요. 혹시 동일인물이 아니라고 해도 저는 스토리상 동일인물이 더 흥미로울거 같아서 동일인물로 생각하고 드라마를 시청하겠습니다. 결말부분에서 아니라고 나오면 그렇게 나오는 이유가 나올테니 그것도 저로서는 즐거운 상상이네요.
박선영이 죽을 때 엄마를 만나면 무조건 도망쳐라고 했는데 ....

Whatever SBS I still see Tae Yi 2020=Mom.Tae Yi 2020 do research about time travel,join Alice and travel to 2050. Come back to 1992 to find The Book and decide to stay there. Mom said she probably smarter than him, of course because she was a scientist! 😑.

@@dandelionshine269 everyone seems to forget that in the first episode 2050 yoon tae yi time travelled to 1992 w yoo min hyuk, the day when 5 year old tae yi's father was killed and 2050 tae yi was there and saw the girl and min hyuk had to convinve her to quickly leave the house because she was hesitant about leaving the girl -5 year old tae yi- behind. that's why after she decided to stay in 1992 nd raised her son nd saw 5 year old tae yi in front of that ferris wheel she recognized her because that girl's father was killed infront of her face. so no they aren't the same person. u most probably won't understand what i wrote because it doesnt make sense but i tried...

Most of key point at 1st tho,TY-JG mom & the girl(daughter of dr who murderred)-TY now are 2 diff person, in ep 7 the women in Alice herself said "there is diff TY here" tho.
