Finches flocking to Yaupon Holly Trees

  • Edit: I've since learned a lot more about birds and even trees/plants since this video. I'm now fairly confident that considering the massive finch migration: www.nwf.org/Ma... I am 90% certain these are finches, and the tree is actually Yaupon Holly.
    Really have no clue on the species, looked like they had small dots of yellow when the tail feathers were spread out. Maybe mockingbird? They stayed tightly together as a flock, ate most of the berries off the tree in about 5 or 10 minutes, then left to go find more. Filmed in Dallas, TX.
