See Inside the SAS Lounge in Copenhagen CPH

If you're flying SAS Business or SAS Plus (premium economy) you get access here. Free food, drink, and a large relaxing space. It's located centrally in CPH terminal 3.
SAS's website says access is granted "as a benefit for EuroBonus Diamond and Gold members and for Star Alliance Gold members," too. But note: there's a separate Gold lounge next door for EuroBonus Diamond / Gold members and Star Alliance Gold passengers.
