I understand how you feel, because my family didn't understand me years and years ago and there were no organisations like The Encephalitis Society out in those days but I thank God that they are there to help you and the Encephalitis audience now. They are doing remarkably well and they are still the only organisation of it's kind worldwide and I think that they deserve a Gold medal for how far they have come. I am also here to advise people or signpost them to other services if need be.
