They do have the option to archive pages or projects! I am not on the free version so i'm sure if that is available on that tier. You can hide pages you dont currently need either.

It it possible to set a progress bar, like a challenge bar to count minutes/hours or count goals to get some bagdes/achievements?

do you combine google calendar at all with xtiles/notion at all?
I did combine it with Notion calendar but it was too many clicks to manage so i just use my straight up google calendar.
