I doubt if you ever will control the keyboard warrior or troll. They would get off on your response. They hide behind a keyboard and spurt out popularism as if they invented it. Mostly, it shouldn’t matter but it’s a shame when the comments impact on a business. I was at StarStuff the other day and Trevor Jones was asked a question about comments on RUclips. He said he doesn’t read them because it sticks in his mind for a long time (I read that as the troll wins). Like anything in life, just stick to your own morels and try to ignore the idiots. (Re social media anyway - If it happens in a club, zero toleration and fight them with processes - which after listening to comments around AGM, you seem to be doing. )
Thanks for the kind words Greg :). I honestly found it very funny to be accused of stealing a photo from someone which turned out to be my own image... It was a classic case of a keyboard warrior jumping the gun & making a false accusation.
Which group was this mate?
I won't divulge that as the commentator has since deleted their comment. But it was a fairly large FB Astro group. It got me wondering if others had experienced this sort of response to their own images being shared on Astrophotography
@@The_Astro_PuNk Fair enough at least the troll deleted their comment.
