  • The complete demo for the "Digital Mix" radio station jingle package, created by JAM Productions in 1991. As featured in my previous video, this was the jingle package used by my local AC station, Magic 98.3 WMGQ, from 1995 to 2002. They used all 15 of the "Digital Mix" jingles at one point or another, but usually not all at the same time, to provide some variety over the years while retaining the same theme. This jingle package was originally created for "Mix 107.3" WRQX in Washington, DC, as the introduction explains.

I really like listening to jingle packages! at JAM's web site they have lots more you can hear.
We had JAM's "The Best Country" package at the station I worked for in the 90's. They didn't actively use it anymore but I was able to get the management to let me play the jingles on a nostalgia show.

By late 1996 was when these jingles were no longer in use I believe it's because music started to become more louder.

Sometimes I like to make my own radio station jingles/intros with crude or just plain stupid themes, maybe I'll do that tonight.

Mix 107.3 a Cumulus station Cumulus used to be called Citadel. The Station used to be owned by Disney before Disney sold ABC News Radio to Citadel and WRQX-FM is the Washington D.C radio station to have Jack Diamond Morning Show and WRQX is one of the stations in the D.C area.

1:49 - 1:58 For me, if it’s pretty hard to imagine CHR stations using the JAM jingles, they will sound of out place for Top 40. No hard feelings. ❤😊
