Doodh dahi ek sath nhi khaya jata hai , as per Ayurveda. It would lead to skin disease. Next point is... he used unboiled milk from packet to make lassi.
That milk is already boiled ( pasteurised )in the dairy where it was made. It is usually boiled to 72 degrees c in the dairy which is the milk boiling point so it’s not necessary to boil pasteurised milk again
