Lets get down to the nitty gritty, how hard is it to install these lights given the amount of wiring that is stuffed into the headlight buckets on Triumphs. My apologies if you have covered this elsewhere. Link please.
Thanks... It was nice to see the Chinese copy alongside JW Speaker. But was that all? We were eagerly looking forward to the comparison... but the red progress line came to an end abruptly. So sad.
Honestly I like the comparison but as a parts trader and third party vender almost 90% of the main companies in the United States buy all there parts to build lights like this from China then just assemble them in there plants yes some are better but that just depends on what parts the manufacturer buys.

Did the adaptive LeD clone have more than a single plug? Looks like eBay ones have extra wires to connect as blinkers that flash orange? Do you have link where you bought it?
Craig Becker There are two. One that uses the top LED's for blinkers and one that doesn't. The version I show does not as well. I will have to look for a link.

Informative boxes are overrated. If you are putting a product in a store for people to see on a shelf then yes you need all the important info on the box, but if you are selling online all the info should be online and a plain brown cardboard box is all you need. All the important info should be with in the manual and the model, volts, watts, lumens, and amps, should be on the product.

mehtab cheema Its a bottom mount. There is a kit to mount the light directly to the shock tubes do that you can mount pretty much whatever light you want. I havent seen the light you are talking about so I cant be certain.

Problem with JW Speaker is they might be marginally better than the Chinese knock-offs, yet they are 3-5 times the price. So, JW is maybe 10% better (debatable as your review did not convince me) yet cost 2-400% more. Many will simply not pay the high price and either stay stock or get the knock off. Made in USA only goes so far. Such companies will loose market share over time trying to keep their margins sky high only to fail in the end and then blame the imports.

You bought the wrong Chinese adaptive light. You should have gotten the FADUIES Adaptive LED Headlight. Less than a $100 shipped. Then compared it to the JW Speaker 8790.

Because their website states the following: "We specialize in LED & other emerging lighting technologies and proudly design, manufacture & assemble our products in Germantown, Wisconsin." Unless you know something I don't, you may have a class action lawsuit against JWSpeaker for false advertising. You might want to hop on that.

So they make the LED's and the computer for the balance EMC. Right. Have a nice day and don't forget to duck when rock hits glass. My friend has an American Truck Ford, oh hell its not American its made in Japan, China, Mexico, ETC, but it was assembled in America just like the lights. Oh and they say no one has anything near there light, wonder how China has one.

Chinese adaptive headlight cost 150-170$ so you just bought a cheap non adaptive version
