I had windows 10, so I went for Cloud installation, I think it took around half an hour for me to download, and then after - "Resetting this PC 41%" and it stuck there for close to 2 hours, and after that immediately it jumped to 71% and thereafter, in half an hour, I found another screen which said installing WIndows that took another half an hour, and then it was done. For me it took overall 6 hours to get it done.
My same question, I’m afraid that after I format my device I need to purchase new windows , if it needs purchasing I’ll just send it to repairs better than mess my device more 😢

Once Done Trying Running System File Checker SFC Scan sfc /scannow Restart. Windows Updates- Install all the latest Updates and then Restart the PC.
