But I learned to do two things: use this empathy to love MYSELF first, then empower others and help them improve their life, and secondly have great optimism because I do believe the world can change when we stop focusing on the BAD and sadness of the world. This doesn't mean ignoring it, but positively find ways to bring light into the world, without falling into despair only and ruining the powers we were ALL given. 💛💛💛
