You are definitely the best for CES coverage. SO glad you stopped by UGreen. I was interested in that NAS and hope you get out for review. I would have come out to CES with you and run the camera for you if I knew you didnt have a sponsor!
Your coverage on the Glucose and Heart monitor tech is a refreshing change on CES coverage I've been seeing from others. Especially for those that are caregivers of elderly folks in our families. Thank you!
Some cool finds already, Lon! Just a note - your audio is a bit hot - borderline distortion occasionally. Might need a small adjustment - not terrible. Looking forward to more of your dispatches from the show!
Yeah I am going to turn it down a notch on the next dispatch - my iPhone audio system works a little different from the camera I used to use on the two-person setup.
Video and audio quality is excellent - and so is the content! Thanks, Lon. Looking forward to the next videos. Be sure to check out the LG Transparent OLED TV. Would love to know your thoughts about it!
9:18 We use Schlage locks, love their products. A few of the models can integrate with Ring Security systems. Arm and disarm with the locks as you exit/enter your home.
There is no way I'd let Google or Alexa control my locks. An evil intruder would just have to find an open window and shout "Hey Google/Alexa unlock all doors!!" and BOOM easy entry for the intruder to come in and commence with his evildoings.
One thing I would love to see you add is for any smart home type devices to ask if the device is controllable with *no cloud dependency* and is compatible with things like home assistant. One of the best ways of sending a clear message to the manufacturers is if our influencers are asking them these questions.
That auto-feed battery charger hopper is something that I would actually use. edit: I take that back - it only does AA? I use more AAA rechargeables than AA.
That battery charger is something I'm going to keep my eye on. My wife has a bunch of battery operated candles, and we swap batteries every 10 days on them, a total of 200 batteries. Lots of swapping on the chargers we have that can do 32 at a time.
Lon, thanks for the great video. Would you consider doing a video about CES logistics- how to get tickets, the layout of the event, how the typical event schedule looks like, hotels, transport and just the general guidance for someone wanting to visit in the future? Thanks! Keep up the good work 🙏
xbox controllers with batteries? Must be some old ones. Times have changed. Anyways - you should be moving off of nimh.. the lithium AA's are the next revolution. Getting some nitecore's shortly.
All the buzz with none of the fuss. At this point, your CES coverage is a tradition at my home. Thank you, Lon!
Thank you for your support!!
Truly appreciate you and your yearly coverage videos!!!
Thank you for the support!!
For ur support
One of my favorite video series I look forward to each year. Thanks Lon!

Thanks!
Thank you very much for your support!!

This is by far the best CES coverage available. "Take a look at this" with no frills.
That massive AA battery charger is hilarious but also incredibly cool

Thank you for the dispatch videos, my favorite series of yours.

I have never seen your CES videos before, but this was excellent. So much cool stuff!
Glad you liked it! More to come.

Nice start to your 2025 CES coverage Lon. You always find very useful and interesting stuff.
Lon, best coverage of the convention! Thanks 👍🏻
Those robots are kind of terrifying. "The only thing it won't do is stop intruders." ...YET! 🤖🤖
Great job Lon! Really appreciate the focus on digital health products!
There is no way I'd let Google or Alexa control my locks. An evil intruder would just have to find an open window and shout "Hey Google/Alexa unlock all doors!!" and BOOM easy entry for the intruder to come in and commence with his evildoings.
For Alexa you have provide a pin code to unlock the door. Don’t know a about Google
Love the dispatch Lon. Great report as usual!
The absolute GOAT when it comes to CES coverage!!!🙌🏼🤗
Fantastic coverage, glad you made it there. Enjoying the videos, looking forward to the next dispatch!
LonBall just focus on the micro led embedded on the toaster. Great product. It’s important to know when your toast is almost ready with 2000 nits.

Excellent work Lon!
You do a great job of picking out the interesting stuff Lon. Always enjoy your field vlogs. 👏👏
That lamp reminds me of the Pixar logo lamp. A lot of cool items.
Mixed with the Frankenstein toy in Toy Story 1.
@CantankerousDave searched it up, agreed
Exactly what I thought!!
I enjoyed this very much!
I like the mic. Your voice sounds fuller than usual.
First time viewer from southern Ontario Canada but I only watch from very good reliable platforms on RUclips good luck with all of the sponsors cheers
That huge microphone he’s carrying around is hilarious. 😀
And here's the first comment of the year where I get to share this explanation :) ruclips.net/video/2iDrf2GjkdM/видео.html
Good stuff Lon!
Leaving a like and comment for the algo. Thanks for being independent Lon.
I hope you get a hands-on of the MCON controller from Ohsnap at some point.
It’s on my list
If that robot can pick up Legos I think they'll have a winner on their hands
lol
Good job!
Thanks! Always a fun and exhausting week out here
Love this channel. Thank you!
That auto-feed battery charger hopper is something that I would actually use.
edit: I take that back - it only does AA? I use more AAA rechargeables than AA.
Pop the AAA into a AA adapter. Should work just fine.
Thanks Lon. Really great coverage of CES!!!! Here is to hoping that UGreen will bring their NASes to Canada.
A true soldier! Thank you for your massive effort
Thank you for this summary. Excited for day 2
Day 2 is up! Day 3 will be published this evening at 6:45 p.m. eastern. Working day 4 today!
The stupid table robot made me smile.
Glad you cover the "off the beaten path" stuff that the larger youtubers don't show off
I just place a box of tissues next to my mouse. I will be drooling for the next three days!
2:35 Wow all solid state! I was hoping for some tubes.
Nice coverage.
I look forward to this each year
Thanks Lon 🎉
The Mecha Comet is pretty cool, linux in the pocket!
Great stuff! Thanks Lon!
Check out the 2 sided screens would love to see how would work watching at the same time
Thanks for showing the schlage.

Hydrate level 4 please....
Looking Good !
Nice video Lon. Did you run into any fans while there? Where's the after party? :)
Yes CES is the only place I get recognized :) all were fellow content creators.
Any new 2.5gb network switches being shown off? Been searching around online and the options aren't amazing.
looking forward to seeing the upcoming Google TV streamer, AFTV reported, it will have far-field mics and its Gemini AI assistant
Literally Lon is the only person to use the word Dispatch. 😂
I always wondered why they frequently call it an EKG when electrocardiogram doesn't have a K anywhere in it.
Lon how many if any are developing an ATSC 3.0 tuner hevc decoder app for RTL SDR V4 USB tuner? To let you test watch next gen 4K TV on your computer.
Excelent info from CES. Nice Camera vídeo and Sound ..!

I'll have the Ugreen NAS and the Ostation battery charger 😃
I can imagine the phone to be to be crazy hot when using the power photo grip, charging and taking videos at the same time..
Is Tablo there? I’m wondering if they have an ATSC 3.0 solution to show off.
I don't see them on the exhibitor list.. Last year I think they attached themselves to another vendor's booth so I'll be on the look out.
8:54 hilariously, roborock just announced a robovac that does exactly that
for the uGreen NAS - only 8GB? can RAM be added?
there are companies that still sell consumer electric locks without physical key capabilities?
Yes I am pretty sure that the RAM can be expanded on that one.
i think the best thing until now is comet
That pizza oven looks pretty cool, or hot I guess
Where's the next video?
Is that a mic or a light saber?
A mic that can only be handled by a Jedi
Can you test those massage chairs for me please 😂
I want the robot
xbox controllers with batteries? Must be some old ones. Times have changed. Anyways - you should be moving off of nimh.. the lithium AA's are the next revolution. Getting some nitecore's shortly.
You sound a little hot but you look great Lon. Show me something I have never seen but can't live without! You will not get sick this time.
Let's hope not!
Rog ally is good
"it's a Linux computer, not running android" ❤
Where's my companion ticket?
if you want to come next year I'll put you to work ! :)
Good coverage. But CES is dead.
Today was a media-only day. The show opens tomorrow. 🙂
Shalage still making ugly 1990 style crap
