- Even after the Catholic Church distanced itself from the urine therapy campaign being carried out by a Catholic Priest in Meru County, Father Francis Limo Riwa is not ready to stop yet. He is instead intensifying the campaign asking people to drink their own urine, which he claims has medicinal value, something medics have refuted. The promoter of what is now popularly referred to as Father Riwa's Dose has gone ahead and established an institution, known as "University of The People" whose core mandate is to teach on the importance of Father Riwa's Dose.

The main reason I have used urine therapy what is to get rid of gout not only did it get rid of gout but it completely got me off all medication which I could not before go past two days and I had to start taking it again or my foot would explode with gout. You can use either, whatever is comfortable for you as drinking through the nose is not an easy practice to get used to (but it does get easy after a while of doing it, and the reflex stay intact).
You can use a Netty pot I actually don’t have one but I have an antique teapot that works perfectly but you can use anything you find that works don’t make it complicated

I love how you take the time to defend urine therapy though, and yes it's easy to mistake the wording of certain comments as most comments are negative.
Here in Buffalo we have a really fine organic food store. The other day I bought some Urine Flakes, not having a clue, but what you do is take a few flakes from the bottle and mix with water then drink. I guess these flakes are from some specialist's personal urine, but it wasn't bad and did give me a boost in energy. Check them out if you can find them. Said they were 'purified' on the bottle.
