if Samson had better biceps and thicker more detailed back with better conditioning he'd be 100% perfect. AND i never say too many good things about Samson. I guess i get turned off by the big over hyped people sometimes..BUT Samson's physique is a thing of beauty honestly..BUT over all in this? Id go with Nick.
if nick had a 3-4 inch smaller waist, dude would be mr.olympia for years to come. see how this argument sounds stupid af
@@yashgupta-jk4xq I think Nicks's problem is his structure. Not even talking about shoulder to waist ratio but torso to femur to tibia ratio. His torso is just too damn long for his height. He has the torso of an average 6'3" guy with super stubby legs even for a short guy.
It reminds me on a girl I've seen in a train sitting right in front of me once some time ago. Sitting down she looked like a proper giant (6'7"+), at 6'2" I got completely dwarfed by her sitting down. But once she stood up, she was just around 5'10"...the issue was that her ass was positioned super low lol, she had midget legs with giantess torso. Basically, her own height worked against her, she had anything but model proportions lol.
I call this the Nathan De Asha Syndrome. No matter what Nick does, he will never have pleasing proportions, it's just not possible with his frame.
@@gameurai5701 but unlike nathan, who has high lats insertion nick has very low insertions.
I am a Nick walker stan, but i do agree that his legs are shorter than what they should be for his height (same for his arms, that's why he has trouble opening up for front-lat spread). But at the same time, his posing has improved massively from AC23 where he used to hide his legs during most muscular shots making them look even shorter.
Also since he can get this much conditioned the separation in his legs make him look longer if puts his hands such that they hide his lower abs.

Samson is a little overrated IMO. Until he gets the condition nailed, he isn't top 3. I also have a hard time not seeing his deflated left arm (And left shoulder as well). It's 3 inches smaller than than his right. Dunno why nobody calls attention to it. That being said, I do prefer Samson physique over Nicks, but again he has to nail condition to beat Nick

I agree but this is also a weak era in bodybuilding. Derek would have never won in early 2000s and 90s. This era doesn't have dudes that are lights out.

This wasn't Nick's best waist wise ,he has improved chest and back but judges did not like his waist, so he needs to fix the waist and probably come in 3-5lbs lighter he needs to come in better than he did in the night show to prejudging on conditioning if he does that top 3 for the Olympia is his for sure!

Nick is scaled waaaaaayyy too tall in this comparison. He's like 5 inches shorter than Samson, they're almost the same height here. Still have Samson beating him. Still think Samsons Arnold Classic UK showing even trumps his Prague Pro look.
Easy win for The Mutant. Sasmon Dauda wishes he can beat Nick Walker. But there is no way judges would let Samson Dauda get a victory over Nick. Nick and Samson, in any show, at any point in time, no matter what, would go to Nick Walker.

Hard call tho, he gets criticized for his waist and when he cruches his obliques flare and his waist appears bigger. If he's super mega full then he shouldn't, but if he's a bit more lean like 2023 arnold then yeah I'd agree

Samson is posing way to fast!!
Samson is a guy that gets out massed by Guys half his size e even though he has the top 2 by more than 60lbs. You just don't see it standing next to these guys. This was Nick's worst showing in a while and Samson still is so far behind on conditioning that there's no way to overlook it. Add that to the fact that Nick is out massing him on almost every shot, Nick takes it. Samson's midsection didn't look great here either.
Because first it's not 60lbs of muscle and he has less muscle mass on his bones than the shorter men. Bodybuilding is about who has the most muscle on one's bones not who weighs the most.
Samson with a great shape ever but he needs conditioning to win the Olympia

Look at 1:38 Samson does not have flaring Lats Samson Lats are very small just look at the difference between Nick and Samson they are not even close Nick has the flaring Lats.
Nick has thicker veins. Thats it.
I cant get over Nick's midsection and ugly shaped quads and shins covered in unsightly veins. Dauda has the most pleasing shaped quads in the elite tier. The only thing Nick dominates here is the arms, everything else is close and and go either way. But when you factor in a pleasing shape and flow to the body , Samson is the clear winner.
This isn’t even Samsons best look this yr and it still beats Nick. Arnold UK Samson would smoke Nick!!
