hello Roman Sir, I am trying to follow up the 155 days sch you had given few days back. I understand there are no excuses but I have not been able to complete entirely. That forced me to take up backlogs in office. But when constantly you miss your deadlines then you tend to become negative. Being MBA u always feel that things should be in control. But when not one looses the push. But this video definitely will help. "Discipline is important not Motivation" will remember that. You again nailed the problem we are facing. First of all, your goal should be driven by emotion. When it comes to the pinch, human beings are emotional (even guys :P). Only emotional drive can keep you going. The next step is make a plan. Execute it. It is important to stick to the plan, but it is more important to keep checking if the plan is working. I mean keep measuring what is happening. You will know how good you are doing only if you measure what you do. And finally, don't overestimate what you can do in a week and don't underestimate what you can do in a year. ;)

sir I am preparing for upsc and my problem is when I used to sit for study I always get distracted by mobile phone as you already said as in today's era it literally affect the studies the one who is preparing for any exam..and this problem I am not able to overcome how can I do that???.but I'll try to remove such things and thanks sir
mayank verma Give your phone to your Guardian or Parent. If you live alone at coaching Go for the super saver mode and cut down the WiFi or Data from your phone and allow incoming Only important phone calls during study. Go for small goals and eventually magnify them within span of 8 Days including Sunday it will help you. Gd Luck

Sir, jese k aapne kaha ki 'plan for contingencies' to exam k din ya usse pehle man lo neend nhi hoti hai, ya headache hota hai to productivity kam ho jati hai kyu ki dusri cities me exam k liye Jana pad sakta hai to uspar bhi kuch tips etc dijiye sir

as you said sir that don't try to do many things at same time. One doubt sir, as being a engineering student we have to always increase our skills set, improve aggregate and all so much stuff. And the same time I am preparing for competitive exam.These are things which are unavoidable we have to do .So am I making mistake?
Also sir make some videos like this for engineering students 'who are in their final year'.
