Ingredients: - Bhindi: 250gm - Oil - Cumin: 1 tsp - Hing: 1/2 tsp - Onions: 1-2 medium - Ginger: 1/2 tbsp - Garlic: 1 tbsp - Tomato Puree: 1/2 cup - Turmeric Powder: 1/2 tsp - Kashmiri Chilli Powder: 2 tsp - Coriander Powder: 1 tbsp - Red Chilli Powder: 1 tsp - Salt to taste - Besan: 2 tsp - Cream: 2 tbsp - Kasuri Methi Recipe: 1. Wash the bhindi and let them dry properly before cutting. Cut the top and bottom parts and make a slit. 2. Fry them in mustard oil till golden brown. 3. Take a pan, add oil, cumin, hing and chopped onions. Cook till translucent. Asd ginger and garlic. Saute. 4. Add tomato puree along with turmeric powder, kashmiri chilli powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder and salt to taste. Mix well and let the masalas cook. 5. Add besan and cream, mix well, cover and cook. 6. Once the oil rises, add the bhindi to it along with kasuri methi. Cover and cook for a few mins. Serve and enjoy!
