Those Seymo expander bungs are brilliant, I've used them for years! I also have a smaller size one that fits in my no5 section. They're also great for stopping you cracking sections with your elbow too if you're like me and have boney elbows.

Great review Paul it's a seymo expander bung had one for ages it's great Also looking for a new rubber landing net been thinking of getting the matrix one but don't know what to do now Matrix or maver any thoughts on the matrix they both look same matrix a bit cheaper but don't know how heavy Cheers mate Thanks.

Thanks for the good feedback.Matrix looks very similar. Difficult to see much Matrix gear, they have been one of the most affected brands by shortages. As it has the same gauge net (6mm), it will still be great for scooping.

Hi Paul, you said you had to rub down the 11.5mm elastic aligners for your top kits. I also have the pro 800 do you think the 11mm would be better in hindsight? Thanks

It’s a tough one because I wouldn’t want them loose or have to glue them in. As I have the tool to do it I don’t have to take the risk, it didn’t need a lot of work but then it’s only half a millimetre! This is the tool I have, very useful all round.

Maybe email Benwick Sports, they are an excellent shop, they do say the 10mm fits daiwa so might check.
