Remember coconut milk in the peas before adding rice
Dee my beautiful queen let me remind u how to cook Jamaican 🇯🇲 rice and peas cooked peas put in coconut milk, eskellion thyme whole scotch bonnet pepper with salt to taste boiled together for couple minutes then you add the rice love you my Empress glad to see Shorn visiting I enjoyed this video
You are still missing some ingredients.
You mean cook peas first, then after it's done add your coconut milk and other seasoning. Then add rice. Add a little margarine and cook slowly on slow fire. The height of the water should be high as the bottom of a spoon or fork.
I would love that tea but I don't drink cows milk. I drink almond or soy milk.
Also in Kenya we cook different

Over the fence is a mini garden...do the leaves simply decompose and enrich the soils and the hedge behind the wall enjoys the nutrients ... If you notice it isn't stuff that do not decompose that she throws over....

Coconut milk Dee with skellion thyme pimento grain a green scotch bonnet pepper n garlic I also added a bit of onion n a small piece of butter salt to taste a little all purpose a bit of ginger n a tups of brown sugar add rice last on low heat n left to steam down

Next time you need to put coconut milk, scallions, thyme , pepper, salt, and let it cook for a while before you add your rice, still proud of you for trying though I love it.❤

Normally, we would put the peas into cold water on the fire with coconut milk. Half way through, we add the seasoning such as thyme, eskellion or onion, garlic which is optional, pinento, butter or margarine and salt then add the milk.

Cow's milk is for the calf, not for humans. Nut milk is what is more healthy.

Hi Dee, next time you're cooking rice and peas, put garlic with peas to cook sink your peas with cold water, then put your coconut milk in to cook with pea.

Dee after you cook the peas you add the coconut milk ,thyme , escallion and pimento seed, let it boil for a few minutes then add the rice. A little piece of ginger also enhance it ,add salt aswell😊❤ 🇯🇲
