I had the same problem with my iPhone XS. The only solution I've found is to play a sound or podcast while charging, and you can turn off your phone during charging. Sadly, there's no other fix, but I hope this helps.
I’m dealing with the same issue my iphone X keeps restarting after 30secs or 1 mintus sometimes i started facing this issue after an ios update 16.7.1 it was an security update before it was runny on ios 16.7 but after that update i lost my iPhone X speakers and vibration motor they were not working after the update and the camera also delaying to open rear and front both there is problem in the board that told me at mobile store but i don’t thinks that is the main problem he’s charging me a-lot to fix the board can you try to help me please I’m so done with this problem please waiting for your reply buddy 🙏🏻

All problem happen from the charging flex.First replace and check.

The real cause of that issues is your battery or loose contact of battery to battery connector.
