Every inch of ground was saturated with stuff

  • Metal detecting this old home site was crazy today because no matter where you dug into the ground it was full of stuff. Metal, glass, bricks, nails, pottery , you name it and it was in there. With the Fisher F75 and Teknetics G2 + we detected and dug up every signal we heard and we were able to isolate some good targets in all the iron and find a few relics. The place had burnt down 100 years ago so all around the cellar hole is metal galore. But we know you really have to work a site and move that junk metal out of the way to get at the good stuff. Old places like this in New England hide all kinds of treasure but sometimes it takes many trips to get too.

I miss 😂the old Digger’s Alumni! Have you ever thought about a reunion back at the HQ with Keeb, the Trooper, Noodles, the Colorado crew, and the rest of them that I forgot their names? Also put the band back together!

Charlie's got a new toy. I watched Charlie talking about the root slayer digger yrs ago and I bought 1 and even in the stuff in north central Texas, I have never regretted it. As a matter of fact I bought two more for gifts

@@waynosphotography4719 I like that you’re loyal to the fisher/Tek stuff. Charlie the 19khz machines are simple and best in the iron, the T2 can smack serious deep relics like the f75 will also. T2 fits your relic scene a little better than the f75. Try a patriot/f70 if want to try a very high powered machine that’s hard to control. After years of doing this kind of homesite relic hunting, I’ve found the DEUS 1 to be my favorite. I do love any 19khz fisher/teknetics/bounty hunter too. I have more deep shell fragments and deep mini balls from my t2 than any other machine.
