He leaned up against the door and sighed, covering his face like he was so saddened and lost. It also explains why we've also seen the Neighbor doing dome crazy cult like rituals with candles in the dark of his basement in older releases of the game. Maybe he's trying to do an excorsism but he needs more time? A sacrifice maybe? Maybe he's just not right for the task and prefers to keep the person locked up until he has a solution? Instead of doing the boxes you can just jump on there also u can take down the painting to get in the room, and in that room there’s a key hanging on this thing you use it to open the car and u find a magnet use the magnet to get a picklock from the locked room near the neighbours house but u have to stack chairs for that too then open the door with the pick lock and get the golden crowbar then open the ladder behind the house and climb up then u will see a hole in the house go in that then get the key on the table then finally u can open the neighbours basement door

SadV1b3s U have to turn off the electricity from the start and then get back there and it should be open, so first unlock all the doors that u find with the electricity on than when u find the electricity box that opens the gate to the exit, go back to the main electricity box from the beginning and turn it off, then go back and it should be open and then u turn on the generator, and go back and turn on the electricity, then go to the room with the exit and pull the level then go through the door and then u should be done
