BEST Mountain Coaster In Pigeon Forge Tennessee! SMOKY MOUNTAIN ALPINE COASTER!

The Smoky Mountain Alpine Coaster on Wears Valley Rd in Pigeon Forge Tennessee is our personal favorite mountain coaster. I'm not sure if this has changed with the addition of many other mountain coasters in the area, but the Alpine coaster is said to be the longest alpine coaster in the United States. At a top speed of 27 mph, this coaster will certainly satisfy your need for speed. Some other mountain coasters in the area have multiple slow inclines throughout the track, but the alpine coaster brings you to the top and the rest of the ride is all downhill. If you plan to ride this one or any of the other mountain coasters in the area, please do not slow down or stop on the track because there will be other riders behind you that will not be able to go full speed and get the full experience they paid for.
Another tip is to check Groupon for a nice discount on this mountain coaster ride.

Yeah it's frustrating when you pay money for a ride, then cannot fully enjoy it because someone else doesn't follow the rules.

I remember my second time riding this and the person in front of me breaking, very dangerous. People who slow everyone down should be put on a you can not return list.

Man I agree. Either put them on the No Ride list or charge them double since last time they screwd up someone else's ride. It is potentially dangerous.

It is very frustrating when you're trying to enjoy the ride the way it was designed. Fortunately this is something that they have to deal with often so they did give us another ride at no charge.
