They also work great if you want to save money put a string up between two trees and pin your clothes on them to dry out and they will smell like a fresh spring day. ;-)

Nice tips, but I don't see the need for #5- it's just showing taking one apart and putting it together again - no tip/trick/hack there.
@lynneclark5313, I think what this is saying when your peg breaks apart, this is how to put it back together and extend it's usefulness instead of giving up on it. Very simple thing, I agree, nonetheless a revelation to some fellows.

Interesting video w/ clothes pins, would NOT RECOMMEND using a utility knife facing your fingers w/ out glove on hand
