I stumbled across your channel this past summer and watched all the Ryobi reviews.. glad youre back to making tools reviews. It’s nice to see a ‘real’ review from real people

Thank you! My Ryobi pole hedge trimmer was delivered today so I'll review that as soon as I'm home from Nashville

The pole hedge trimmer review is uploading now, and I'm adding the gas power washer shortly.

Thank you. So glad someone found it useful. Some of the comments I get sometimes make me wonder what people expect from a channel called r-rated reviews. 😀

You may as well give it a try. You can always return it. Besides, it will afford you a great gauge to use if you watch any other reviews. If you agreewith me, then you know you can trust what I say on other items. If you love it, then you can think I suck and know not to listen to me! 😂

I have trouble holding the safety button and trigger at the same time. I guess I have smaller hands.

When you hold the safety button down, you hit the power button and you can release the safety. You don't have to hold both at the same time

Nice review! I like the no-sugar-coating review and just get right to the point. Glad you pointed out the noise and how slow it is with that servo mechanism. I was thinking of getting one of these but noticed how slow it cuts. I also saw some other reviews on the cordless Ryobi pole saw. I really wish all these companies would get together and develop the same form factor for batteries. It's like, why can't Milwaukee 12V Lithium Red work with this or the 18V for the 18V version. Ryobi and Milwaukee are from the same company. Anyway, I bought a used Fiskars UP86 pole lopper for like $20 over the weekend and used it to trim down my Mayday tree. Works great as it can reach up to 11-12ft up. Cuts way faster than the old style pole loppers with ropes.

I like ryobi tools but the batteries never last what they say i have their electric lawnmower and it works good but the batteries dont last like they say they do. I need four 40 volt 6 amp hour batteties to mow my yard quarter acre. 73

That sucks. I sometimes have the same issue with certain Ryobi products as well. I don't know that the battery is the issue, or if certain tools just drain them faster. The same battery will power my circular saw or impact wrench for days with a ton of use, but if I put the battery in my Weed whacker, leaf blower, or the cut-off tool, I get 5-15min of run time max. There's definitely an inconsistency with run times and battery drain.
