Hello Kamil, Thanks for the question! We recommend applying Belzona 5871 at a WFT of 1mm for a single layer. Due to the foam growth, that will give a 3mm cured thickness per layer. This ensures no sagging if applied vertically. If the application is taking place horizontally, it is possible to apply Belzona 5871 in thicker layers. For more details and assistance with your repair needs, you can contact your local Belzona representative: www.belzona.com/en/contact.aspx Thank you and best regards, ~ Belzona Team
@@belzonaThank You for answer. I have a few questions: What should be system thickness for steam or exhaust gas pipes in 180-220°C? Client also have problems with steam pipes in 550°C. I am convinced that we cannot use B5871. Am I right? What is maximum operation temperature for B5871 when isn’t requided to reduce surface temp ≤ 60°C? Kind regards Kamil
Good product
