I like the way you put the polarizer on

Thanks! That method works fine and I've had no issues so far. I hate trying to stick them down as one bubble and start over...

Hey, thanks for watching! Hadn't noticed the change however I my have indeed fitted the polarizing film off a bit. It does change the colour you see so most likely explanation.

Hi! Do you think 83% alcohol would work to clean the screen after the film comes off?? Thanks

      Thanks for watching!
It should still do the job I believe as itps just a purity indicator for the Isoproply. However it's such a pain to scrape it off, I don't envy you ;) Ot'll go gloopy and sticky as, but it'll come off so persevere!

Hi. Very nice video. How did you cut the polarizer to size? Is there some template or something, because i never know how people cut them to size every single time.

Hey. After working out which way round it should go, I pop the screen down on one corner of the polarizer, mark the other two sides with a sharpie (or similar) then use a craft knife and straight edge to cut it. Though as the very edges aren't seen, you could use scissors too! Though if it's slightly oversize, it can always be trimmed back a bit.
I will admit to messing one up too so we don't always get it right :)

      Hey Fin,
I find the Chinese polarizing film odd and tend to go by the colour that appeals the most when fitting it. That's not to say I didn't make a mistake ofc... :D

All I can see on mine is the black contrast that’s it when I try to make it lighter nothing is there

Hey, thanks for the comment! Odd as if you've got the old polirizer off, it should show something if you rotate the new one over it. Hope the screen isn't dead and good luck with it :)
