@@lathaprakash4035 whatever he tells us, I just follow. I became vegetarian after he told us to stop eating meat, killing animals just by watching his videos, before getting Deekshai. He even told us to eat freshly cooked food, which is high pranic, and not to eat yesterday's food or long kept food. It is definitely working out for me as I used to be so groggy person. Nowdays, I'm more active and no more feeling tired, or frequently wanna take a nap during the day. Moreover, I have been doing what he said to us which is to take the 5 Nyana mooligai along with sanjeevini daily in empty stomach. That works like magic to me! My upper arms skin problem is healing plus, the lump on my left wrist is getting smaller.nothing makes me happy as that. I even try to donate food, give whatever I could to people and animals as he told us to do. Feels great. The paramporul yogam Deekshai I got from him and practicing it regularly works like miracle. I pray for others n it works quickly for them. N to be honest... I was in doubt too whether he was a true Guru for me..
