I wonder what the theme for world X will be. My guess for world X is a vertical map just like world N’s world map was a vertical world map, world’s theme should be is an underground maze world, and retro extra levels I expect to see is world A-1 and world E-1.

The other levels have a good amount of enemies, in my opinion (also, I know that's an example, but to clarify, there are not any Goombas rows in this world). However, just think that this is one of the last worlds of the series, so it has to be hard in certain parts.
It is probably the bug that MarioVariable3410 forgot to fix. There are other bugs as well, for example the bug that, after you complete world 13, it shows that you have completed world 12.

No. Stretches are first seen in Super Mario Bros. 3, while Boo Blocks are first seen in Super Mario World.
