Hello again Sir, I wanted to know how you were able to record on your camera/smartphone and still hear yourself. I have a used version of this NP 30 and I want to be able to record my self playing and still use my headphones. Please help. Thanks.
In this case I sent the audio from keyboard directly to a camera with a headphone jack and plugged headphone into the camera. If you can’t do that with your phone you can get a headphone splitter cable and one direct to phone and one to headphones or an amp
@@chentiangemalc Thanks for responding. I ordered two cablea from the internet one 1/4 to 1/4 and some splitter I suspect to be broken. I followed one youtube video with the man on a white piano and I was able to hear from the headphones though it was quieter. The phone had a loud buzzing sound so I couldn't hear the notes but it said "recording from external mic". Could you please tell me the name of the cables you used so I could go online?
Hello. Can you tell me how you connected the audio to the actual footage without background noise? It just have midi option. I wonder how you made the sound so clear and crisp
Karlene Joie Garcia used a cable from headphone jack direct to mic input on my camera then used headphone jack on camera for monitoring. If don’t have mic input on camera you would need to record output to another source I.e computer then sync the audio/video later in editing
Karlene Joie Garcia just a stereo 1/4” to stereo 1/8”cable went straight from headphone jack on keyboard to stereo mic input on camera; then plugged 1/8” headphone into my camera headphone monitor output ; so all audio was directly recorded in camera but from the direct output of keyboard. you could use a splitter cable if your camera didn’t have headphone jack. In this case the camera was Sony A7. If your camera doesn’t have mic input you need to output the sound to somewhere else I.e to phone / computer via adapter and later sync the video / audio in video editing software like adobe premiere / etc
No, it is what they call semi-weighted, a slight improvement on synth action. If you want a really good piano action this is not the keyboard for you, but it is really lightweight and easy to carry. I think for pop stuff its fine, advanced classical stuff would be a challenge
They keys are full size but not weighted, and only 76 keys instead of full 88. Benefit super light keyboard , but requires a lot of control to play expressively on such a light action keyboard.
@@collinsigbiks9701 For me it's not close to the same as a real piano feel even with "hard mode". It is very good for most pop/synth/organ lines however playing something like Chopin on it is not ideal. However it's so light I live with it. I also have Kawai MP11se which has excellent weighted action, but is about 6x more expensive and feel like you need to visit the chiropractor every time you move it with its 74lbs (34kg) weight. I only bring the Kawai for the most demanding piano scores.
@@mccafferyfamily 34kgs wow. Does it at least work well with DAWs? I've also been told that good usb-midi cables can be hard to find. I have some nice sounds on my PC so it might be okay with me.
@@collinsigbiks9701 it had no USB out but you’ll need midi to USB. I found the piano sounds on NP30 ok but obviously from computer will be much better. I found a good MIDI to USB cable no name one off eBay but maybe got lucky as a lot of people have had issues with them
Welf_jant Angulo what style of music are you playing ? I think it’s ok for pop/rock & roll/blues/jazz etc but the action is not ideal for playing classical stuff or if you want a true acoustic piano feel
Welf_jant Angulo I think for this price point this is a good option for playing in church. The keys are not fully weighted but they are better than completely non weighted keys. My favourite action keyboard so far is Kawai MP11se but it’s not cheap
George joseph Yamaha claims “semi weighted” but feels unweighted to me. If you want true piano action feel not the keyboard for you. However that makes it super light if you need to carry it anywhere
i love what you've done with your bedroom
The pieces are so soothing to listen to
great demo, I love your piano skills and this video encouraged me to take a yamaha np-32
Me too:)
Great demo
Muito bom de verdade parabéns pelo seu trabalho maravilhoso 🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿
