Hi Ms Carrie I loved those pots where did you get them? Those oxtails look good and you can add beef neck bones to stretch your oxtails as well. Love red beans and rice as well good looking dinner as usual.

One of the best ways to stretch oxtails is to use beef neckbones. Beef neckbones are tasty and very inexpensive. You can find them at farmers markets, asian stores, etc. Just FYI.
